The facilities were very clean, the staff very efficient and helpful. The beach was nice but when we there the weather wasn't the best for the beach; however, the pool area was protected and was perfect. The spa was also very nice. We only ate breakfast there but it was all anyone could ask for.

Our experience in this hotel was brillant,the staff was very good very proffessional,when ever we need any thing thay have provided us.hotel is actually on the Beach,the Beach is very clean and sandy ,food was brillant,Every evening the hotel has arrange local singer for the entertainment we have really enjoyed there performance.on the whole I will recommand this hotel for the couple and family as well,and if I got a chance I will go back in this hotel

I liked the staff, they were very nice, especially the guys from the reception. They took care to facilitate any need I would have at any hour. And they did it with a smile.

The hotel was not quite international. Main spoken languages were Spanish and German but English was very basic. Another thing is that the hotel was very quiet and isolated, not much to do around there. Also breakfast was very simple and not much variation from day to day. Few last things, at booking I specifically asked for a double bed not two singles but in the end there were two singles even on wheels so they easily moved around all the time, a bit inconvenient at times during the night. Plus I had to make an upgrade of the single use double room to a suite and pay the difference since my room did not have sea view as requested. But these last two things mostly relate to Booked.net and the lack of some specifications/details for the hotel rooms.

Location was excellent. Pool was great and always very clean although could be tricky getting sun beds. Food was great. Hotel put entertainment on and tried to engage with the kids. Proximity to beach fantastic. Nice and quiet no mad partying.

Room was poor - not clean enough and not big enough for a family of 3. Towels were like something you would find in a poor 2 star hotel, I would use them to clean my floors at home. Decor very very tired in the room. Not a 5 star in my opinion and therefore not good value for money. At best a lower end 4 star.

Super Service, sehr zuvorkommend Personal spricht Deutsch und Englisch. Geniales Frühstücksbuffet Ruhige Lage Dank dem guten Service im Hotel kann man über einiges hinweg schauen.

Schade dass der Spa-Bereicht nur bis 20h offen ist. Und Abend essen erst ab 19h ist. Sehr schlecht das Wlan kostenpflichtig ist, geht nicht für 5stern. Badezimmer etwas renovationsbedürftig.Wasser läuft nicht ab, Birnen nicht ersetzt, Duschschlauch gerissen.viel kleine Sachen die man schnell beheben könnte. Teekocher gehört in jeder Zimmer, war aber nicht der Fall.

Speisesaal war zu dunkel und die Plätze im Freien sehr knapp bemessen, sodass man oft sehr lange auf einen Tisch warten musste.

Hotel direkt am Stand , frühstück war vielfältig und sehr schön präsentiert. Abendessen war sehr lecker und schön gemacht. Zimmer ordentlich und sauber. Personal recht freundlich und bemüht.

Hotel ist in die Jahre gekommen. Vollpension braucht man nicht Buchen, da das mittagsangebot zu wünschen übrig lässt und die Mittags angebotenen Speisen nicht ansprechend sind und nicht schmecken. Halbpension deswegen ausreichend. Hotel ist recht teuer und da stimmt Preis Leistung nicht andere 5 Sterne Hotels können das viel besser. Personal spricht so gut wie kein deutsch. Schwierig bei kleinen Kindern und älteren Gästen.

Das Hotel hat einen guten Zugang zum unbestritten schönen Strand. Service ist gut. Top Familienhotel wenn sie Ruhe wünschen.

Freizeitangebot um das Hotel sehr eingeschränkt. Das Hotel wird ganztägig parfümiert, was in der Zeit auf die Nase schlagen kann. Nur für Familien geeignet.

Essen im Haus sehr gut, perfekte Lage mit vorgelagertem sehr schönen Stand, direktes Hotelumfeld für die Lage in Ordnung, nette Mitarbeiter

Das Haus hat wenig Atmosphäre oder Charme, alles etwas kalt, kein 5 Sterne Publikum (z.B. Pool schon morgens mit Luftmatratzen und Handtüchern belegt)
